Summary
The Loads list now defaults to sorting by Earliest Cutoff Time so loads with the soonest pickup-window end times appear first.
What changed
Default sort: Loads list now defaults to Earliest Cutoff Time (ascending).
You can still switch sort direction or pick any other sort; saved views that set a different sort remain unchanged.
Works with existing filters and saved views.
Why we changed it
Surface urgent work. Showing loads that will exit their pickup window soon helps brokers act before the window closes.
Reduce missed pickups. Teams told us they were missing time-sensitive pickups when newer windows were shown first β earliest-first lowers that risk.
Align with workflows. Brokers and dispatchers typically prioritize loads that expire soon; this default follows that behavior.
What to expect
With default settings, loads with the soonest pickup-window end times are at the top.
To see the newest pickup windows first, change the sort direction or save a custom view.
Where to find it
Loads list β Sort dropdown β Pickup cutoff (default = earliest / ascending)
Who this affects
Brokers and operations teams prioritizing loads by pickup urgency.
No action required
The new default is live β change the sort or save a view if you prefer a different ordering.
