3 New features are now available for syndication partners and can be found on the Marketplace Syndication page in the Parade UI:
Freight Visibility - Control when partners have access to your freight.
Timed Postings - Automatically post new loads to partners a specified time prior to the pickup date.
Default Partner Settings - Setup default settings that can be applied to all partners. You will be able to customize each partner individually or use the default settings.
With those features, you can automate and fine-tune load visibility based on your preferred schedules and criteria.
Here’s a walk-through of how to use the new interface.
🔍 Freight Visibility
This section allows users to choose the general frequency with which loads should be made visible to syndication partners.
Everyday: Loads can be posted to loadboards every day of the week.
Business Days Only (Monday–Friday): Load visibility is restricted to weekdays, ensuring no loads are visible to partners during weekends when your reps may not be available.
PS: This option will always use Mountain Time as the timezone for the Business Days posting/pull-down of loads.
🔔 Auto-Post Loads
This is the core section for controlling how and when loads are automatically posted to syndication partners.
You can select one of the following options:
All New Loads
Posts every new load immediately upon creation.
Never
Disables auto-posting entirely. Users will need to manually post loads to loadboards.
Based on TMS Flag
Posts loads automatically only if flagged for syndication in the Transportation Management System (TMS). This allows posting logic to be driven by upstream system rules.
Timed
This allows users to delay load visibility based on a preset time before the pickup.
Hours before pickup: Users can enter a specific number of hours before the load’s pickup time to trigger the load posting.
In the example shown in the screenshot below, the value is set to 24 hours, meaning the load will be automatically posted to loadboards exactly one day before the scheduled pickup.
Note: The Timed Postings feature will only post loads to loadboards on business days to avoid having loads posted when your reps are not available to support. We treat load pickups on Saturday or Sunday as a Friday pickup for the purposes of timed postings to ensure adequate availability on partner loadboards. Below is an example set of load pickup days and times and when they would have their earliest posting on partner loadboards.
✅ Saving the Configuration
Once you’ve selected your desired settings, click “Save Changes” to apply the configuration. If you decide not to make any changes, simply click “Cancel”.
🔄 Why Use Timed Load Posting?
The Timed option gives your brokerage more precise control over when loads appear on loadboards, which can help:
Avoid premature visibility for time-sensitive shipments
Align posting with expected driver availability windows
Increase exposure during high-carrier-traffic times
This enhancement is especially useful for operations looking to balance lead time with optimal visibility.
By configuring this new timed posting feature, your loads will be syndicated in a more strategic and automated way — improving both efficiency and planning.
