We’ve added a Refresh button to carrier qualification providers (Highway, MCP, and RMIS) on the Carrier Profile page. This allows brokers to force an update whenever cached qualification data is out of date, ensuring you always have the latest carrier information at your fingertips with the press of a button.
What’s New?
A Refresh button now appears alongside Highway, MCP, and RMIS in the Carriers page.
Brokers can click the button to immediately update to the most up-to-date carrier qualification data.
Works seamlessly with all three supported providers.
What Hasn’t Changed
Carrier data still refreshes automatically on its normal schedule.
The refresh button is simply an on-demand option for when cached data is too old.

Faster updates: Brokers no longer need to wait for scheduled refresh cycles.
