Carrier Profile → Automatic Settings (Gear Icon)
In Carrier Profile → Automatic Settings, you can view the carrier’s permissions.
Lock Carriers from Syncs
You can see if a carrier is locked from syncs. This means that if the carrier was manually enabled or disabled by a user, this toggle will automatically be turned on.
You can remove the lock by clicking the toggle.
You can also enable the lock if it is not enabled and you do not want the IdP or TMS to change the carrier’s information anymore.
When this toggle is enabled, a lock icon will appear next to the carrier circle and name.
Enable for Parade
A carrier enabled for Parade is considered In-Network, meaning:
The carrier can view your loads (e.g., Parade LoadBoard if “In-Network”).
The carrier can share their capacity with you.
In the UI, you can see if a carrier was enabled or disabled by a User (Broker Rep), TMS, or IdP (Highway, RMIS, or MCP). This depends on the Source of Truth for your company.
Carrier Circle Color Indicators:
Fully Green: Enabled for Parade + IdP Pass
Partial Green: Disabled for Parade but IdP Pass (circle shows partial green; hover shows “Enabled for Parade” as red)
Red: Disabled for Parade + IdP not Pass
No Dispatch
A carrier marked as No Dispatch cannot interact with you anymore (cannot View, Quote, or Book). You can manually select if you want an individual carrier as dispatch, and also can have this information be populated from TMS or your IdP to Parade:
In the Carrier Circle, the carrier will show a “No Dispatch” status.
Important: If a carrier is “No Dispatch,” CoDriver will ghost the carrier.
View, Quote and Book
We have several permissions that allow carriers to View, Quote, and Book loads. These permissions can be combined for each carrier, and access will be updated according to your configured permission rules (see the next section for more details).
You can also make individual adjustments within each carrier profile by using the following toggles:
Note: If a carrier is shown as not able to Book Now (Reservation = False), they will not be able to book loads on their own. However, your REPs can still assign loads to that carrier.
Carrier Circle Color Indicators:
If the carrier is enabled for View, Quote, and Book
If the carrier has View and Quote permissions, it will be displayed as follows:
If the carrier has only View permission, it will be displayed as follows:
Permissions configuration:
We can update carrier permissions in bulk based on your TMS or IdP. You can choose which Source of Truth you want to use to update this information.
Each permission can then be adjusted according to your desired settings, and these updates will be populated from the data we receive from your IdP/TMS.
Example: Highway
If you are using Highway, the following combinations of Risk Assessment and Onboarding Status are available:
Risk Assessment: Pass / Fail
Onboarding Status: Active / Inactive
Onboarding Status: Active / Needs to Onboard
Example: Carrier with Active + Pass status.
Example: MCP
If you are using MCP, the following combinations of Risk Assessment and Has Completed Packet are available:
Risk Assessment: Acceptable / Moderate / Unacceptable Review / Unacceptable Fail
Has Completed Packet: Yes / No / False / Null / Missing
Example: Carrier showing Risk Assessment = Moderate and Has Completed Packet = Yes.
Example: RMIS
If you are using RMIS, the following combinations of Is Certified and Signed Agreement are available:
Is Certified: True / False / Missing / Null
Signed Agreement: Yes / No / Missing / Null
Example: Carrier showing Is Certified = Yes and Signed Agreement = Yes.Agreement as Yes
Based on the combination of statuses from each IdP, we can configure whether a carrier is Enabled for Parade, Dispatched, and able to Quote and Book loads with you.
Example: If you are using Highway and want only carriers with Pass + Active status to be able to book loads independently, you can request Parade to apply this rule. This adjustment will be applied to all carriers at the same time.
