What’s new:
Added a “View in MCP” button on the Carrier Profile page.
This button provides a direct link to the carrier’s MCP page, allowing users to instantly open that carrier’s MCP record.
No need to leave Parade or search manually in MCP — just click the button to jump straight there.
Why it matters:
This improvement saves reps valuable time when verifying carrier details, compliance information, or safety scores. By providing a one-click shortcut to MCP, users can review carrier data faster and with fewer steps, improving daily workflow efficiency.
Where you’ll see it:
Inside each Carrier Profile in Parade, near the top of the carrier details section.
Clicking “View in MCP” opens the corresponding carrier page in a new browser tab.
