Brokers can now ensure every digital booking in Parade — whether initiated by a carrier or broker — sends the rate confirmation through Highway’s Secure rate con Platform.
When this feature is enabled, Parade automatically routes every rate confirmation email to a secure Highway address generated from the carrier’s DOT number (for example, DOT 123456 → dot123456@highway.com). This ensures that all rate cons are sent safely through Highway, even if a broker or carrier enters a different email during booking.
This setting applies globally across all loads for a customer, helping teams maintain consistency, protect sensitive rate data, and streamline their booking workflows.
