Batch Rating in Advantage is a way for brokers to efficiently price hundreds of lanes at once. Whether for a mini contract or a long freight opportunity list, Batch Rating gives brokers an easy way to get both personalized Advantage market prices and DAT market rates in spreadsheet form. Simply use our Google Sheet template to format lane/load information, upload to Advantage, and receive a CSV with prices in your email inbox.

Step by Step

  1. Navigate to the Batch Rating Uploader tab using the new left hand menu in advantage (advantage.parade.ai/batch-pricing)

    • (Navigate back to the main search page by clicking the P logo in the top left corner, or the icon with the graph)

  2. Use the google sheet template linked under 'Instructions' on the uploader page to enter details about the lanes/loads you wish to price

    • Click on ‘Use Template’

    • Refer to ‘Instructions’ tab for detailed instructions

    • Input load/lane data in the ‘Inputs’ tab

    • Check that Column A has all green checks for the loads you want to price (don’t worry if empty rows at the end don’t have check marks). If there is an error, Column B will explain what it is

    • Note that the template file format MUST be followed for Batch Rating to work. Cells that should not be edited have been locked.

  3. Once you’ve filled out the inputs tab, download inputs tab as a CSV & save to your computer

  4. Go back to advantage.parade.ai/batch-pricing and upload the file you just saved

  5. Get confirmation that the file has been successfully processed

  6. Receive an email from noreply@mail.parade.ai with results in the inbox of the email you use to login to Parade

FAQ

  • How many loads can I upload at once?

    • File size limited to 1MB. This corresponds to at least a few thousand rows (loads). Big files will take longer to process, however.

  • How long will it take to get my results?

    • For small files, results should typically be in a broker’s email within a few minutes. Larger files will take longer. Processing time also depends on the number of brokers submitting requests at once.

  • Will this use my DAT credits?

    • Yes, 1 RateView credit per load searched

  • Where will I get my results?

    • At the email you use to login to Parade
