Advantage Batch Rating is designed to help brokers efficiently price a large number of lanes simultaneously, providing both personalized Advantage market prices and DAT market rates in a convenient spreadsheet format. Setting Up Batch Rating
Access the Batch Rating Uploader: Go to the Batch Rating section in Advantage via the sidebar.
Fill Out the Template: Download the Google Sheet template provided, and input load and lane details.
Click on ‘Use Template’
Refer to ‘Instructions’ tab for detailed instructions
Input load/lane data in the ‘Inputs’ tab
Check that Column A has all green checks for the loads you want to price (don’t worry if empty rows at the end don’t have check marks). If there is an error, Column B will explain what it is
Note that the template file format MUST be followed for Batch Rating to work. Cells that should not be edited have been locked.
Save the CSV: Once completed, save the template as a CSV and upload it to the platform.
Upload your CSV: Go back to http://advantage.parade.ai/batch-pricing and upload the CSV File to Batch Rating.
Receive Email Confirmation: Wait for an email from Parade with the results of your batch rating.
Check the Results: Review the results in the email, which contains the prices for all the lanes you uploaded.

How many loads can I upload at once?
The file size is limited to 1MB, which allows for several thousand rows of data.
How long does it take to get results?
Small files are processed within minutes, while larger files may take longer depending on server load.
Will this use my DAT credits?
Yes, 1 DAT credit is used per lane searched.
Where will I receive the results?
Results will be sent to the email you use to log in to Parade.
