Automated Management of Responses
• If the carrier agrees to the counter rate, CoDriver automatically triggers a “Book Now” reservation, finalizing the load without further manual action.
• If the carrier responds with another counter or request, CoDriver manages the follow-up and drives the conversation toward resolution.
Full Tracking and Visibility
All interactions related to the counter quote are logged in the CoDriver tab, and updates to the quote appear in the Quotes tab, ensuring you have a complete, real-time view of the process.
Error Handling for Smooth Operations
If there’s an issue with the carrier’s response or the counter quote process, CoDriver escalates the conversation to the designated inbox, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
