CoDriver Outbound

Email carriers from the load details page to gauge interest in specific loads with CoDriver.

Overview

The CoDriver Outbound feature allows brokers to send emails to carriers directly from the load details page, asking for their interest in specific loads. This streamlines communication, saves time on repetitive tasks, and keeps all conversations and quotes organized within Parade.


How It Works

1. Select a Load:

• Navigate to the load details page.

• Scroll to find the carrier you wish to contact.

2. Trigger the Email:

• Click the “Email with CoDriver” button to send an outbound message to eligible carriers.

There are two situations where the button may not appear as clickable or won’t display the default “WITH CODRIVER” label:

a) Carrier Has Already Engaged with CoDriver on This Load

In this case, the button will change from “WITH CODRIVER” to

. In this case, the button will show as "", for you to be redirected to the conversation.

b) Carrier Is Not Qualified

Here, the button will be greyed out with a message explaining why: "This carrier has failed the identity provider qualification. Contact the support for more information"


3. Edit and Confirm:

• The subject line and other elements are pre-configured for consistency. You can customize the email body as needed by clicking the "Review message" to open its details.

• Once ready, click “Confirm” to send the email.


4. Track the Conversation:

• View all conversations in the CoDriver tab, where you can find triggered outbound messages and their progress.

• Quotes from carriers appear in the Quotes tab for further action.

FAQs

Q: Can I customize the email?

A: Yes, the email body is editable, but other components like the sender address are pre-configured.

Q: What happens after an email is sent?

A: The workflow continues as with other CoDriver communications. Quotes are visible in the Quotes tab, and all conversations are tracked in the CoDriver tab.

Q: What if the outbound email fails?

A: Any issues are escalated to your inbox, similar to automated CoDriver workflows.
