CoDriver Email Forwarding allows brokers to easily forward carrier load inquiry emails from their inbox to a dedicated CoDriver inbox. CoDriver automates the process by responding to carriers and progressing the conversation toward a quote, saving brokers time and effort.
How It Works
1. Forward Emails to CoDriver
• Brokers forward carrier inquiry emails to the CoDriver email address provided by Parade (e.g., forward@domain).
• Carriers receive responses from the same email address used for regular CoDriver workflows.
2. Automated Carrier Engagement
• CoDriver parses the email, verifies carrier information, and responds with key load details.
• Existing CoDriver features, such as MC validation and carrier pre-qualification, are fully utilized.
3. Track Conversations and Quotes
• View the progress of conversations in the CoDriver tab.
• Track resulting quotes in the Quotes tab for complete visibility.
4. Error Handling
• If CoDriver cannot parse an email, it sends an error message back to the forwarding broker.
• Any unresolved issues are escalated to the designated inbox for manual intervention.
