Overview
CoDriver Email Forwarding allows brokers to easily forward carrier load inquiry emails from their inbox to a dedicated CoDriver inbox. CoDriver automates the process by responding to carriers and progressing the conversation toward a quote, saving brokers time and effort.
How It Works
1. Forward Emails to CoDriver
• Upon receiving a Carrier message about a load, Brokers forward carrier inquiry emails to the CoDriver email address provided by Parade.
• Carriers will then be included in our standard CoDriver funnel, and will be responded by the default CoDriver email configured in your account.
PS: In case you do not know your CoDriver Forwarding Email Address, please reach out to your Parade Account Owner to complete this setup.
2. Automated Carrier Engagement
• CoDriver will then parse the email, verify carrier information, and respond with key load details.
• Existing CoDriver features, such as MC validation and carrier pre-qualification - if using CoDriver Strict Mode - are fully utilized.
3. Track Conversations and Quotes
• You will then be able to view the progress of conversations in the CoDriver tab of your Parade App.
• You can also track resulting quotes in the Quotes tab, which will show their CoDriver origin.
4. Error Handling
• If CoDriver finds itself unable to parse an email, it will send an error message back to the forwarding broker.
• Any unresolved issues are escalated to the designated inbox for manual intervention.
