Limit Quote Countering by CoDriver Contacts adds more control over who can Accept or Counter quotes based on how the contact was added. This feature keeps your team in control of who they’re quoting with and makes sure all contacts are verified before booking.
How does it work?
Basically this functionality checks if a contact was auto-generated by CoDriver and hasn’t been manually added to the carrier’s profile. If that is the case, your reps will not be able to Accept or Counter the quote until the contact is verified.

What will my reps see?
If contact was auto-generated by CoDriver:
Accept and Counter buttons are disabled
Warning message shows:
“You must add this contact to Accept/Counter the offer.”
Once the contact is added (via Parade or TMS):
Accept and Counter are both enabled
