We’ve rolled out a wide range of new and improved settings to give Admins greater control over CoDriver— from contact details and email automations to phone handling and carrier data visibility.
What’s New?
Admin users will notice a reorganized settings page in CoDriver with four new categories for easier navigation.
Contact Information: Configure CoDriver’s identifying details (like the “From” name and branding on CoDriver emails).
Email Settings: Customize escalation email fallbacks, signatures, and nudge email timing. For example, you can set how long CoDriver waits before sending a follow-up (nudge) email or define the default signature text on CoDriver’s replies.
Phone Settings: Control CoDriver Voice agent options such as the agent’s voice, name, and your company DBA that CoDriver uses on calls. You can also set fallback phone numbers for quotes or escalations – ensuring calls transfer to the right line if needed.
Carrier Contact Display Settings: Decide how CoDriver’s contact info (email/phone) appears on load boards and in emails. This helps manage what carriers see (for example, using your custom email domain or a specific agent name).
Additionally, we’ve introduced:
Outrageous Quote Thresholds: An admin setting to define a threshold for “outrageous” quotes, which CoDriver can use to handle exceptionally high quotes differently (for instance, flagging them or not auto-escalating them).
Streamlined Setup Guidance: The settings interface now guides admins to configure all minimum recommended fields for CoDriver to perform best. This helps ensure you don’t miss important setup steps for optimal CoDriver results.
