Quote Sources and Statuses in Parade

Understand where quotes come from and how their status is determined - whether accepted, declined, or still pending

Updated this week

Where do Quotes come from?

Quotes can enter the system through several sources:

Source

Description

Carrier (Email or Link)

A carrier replies to an outbound email or uses a Magic Link to submit a quote.

CoDriver

A carrier interacts through CoDriver and quote.

TMS or User Entry

A quote is entered manually by a rep. broker in your TMS or in Parade.

Syndication (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)

A carrier submits a quote directly from a load posted on the Private Portal or via a third-party board.

Accepted Quotes

Quotes can be accepted in different ways, and Parade will display the source of that action:

How It’s Accepted

What You’ll See in Parade

User Accepted (Manual)

The name of the user who clicked “Accept Quote” in Parade will be shown.

Accepted via TMS

If no user interacted, the source will appear as the source of the quote itself

Auto Accepted via AAUM

“Accepted automatically via Auto Assign + Update Match” is shown.

Declined and Expired Quotes

Similar to accepted quotes, declines also show how and by whom the action was taken:

How It’s Declined

What You’ll See in Parade

User Declined (Manual)

The user’s name will appear alongside the decline action.

Expired Quotes

The quote shows as expired, when the offer or the load are no longer available for instance.

Tips for Working with Quotes

  • Use the quote tab to quickly identify auto-accepted or user-accepted quotes.

  • Filter by status or source to focus on manually submitted quotes or CoDriver Email or Phone offers.
