The CoDriver Voice list now shows whether a call was transferred, ended by the user, or not transferred. Brokers can see the call outcome at a glance without opening the transcript or digging through the conversation.

Why this matters:
Reps no longer need to open each call to understand what happened — they can immediately tell which calls were escalated, which ended with the carrier, and which weren’t transferred. This speeds triage, helps brokers prioritize follow-up, and makes it easy to pick up negotiations or troubleshooting right where CoDriver left off.
