Better Visibility into Call Transfers

CoDriver Voice now displays the phone number a call has been transferred to, giving brokers added clarity into how calls are routed and ensuring smoother follow-up if rep was disconnected.


What’s New?

  • Transfer Number Display: When a CoDriver Voice call is transferred, the specific phone number it was routed to will now be shown.

    • If the call was not transferred, you will see a "NOT TRANSFERRED" instead of seeing the phone number in the same field

  • Greater Transparency: Brokers can immediately see the exact transfer destination, improving visibility into call handling.

  • Seamless Experience: No workflow changes required—transfer numbers appear automatically in the call record.
