What's New
Parade is launching CoDriver Capacity — a new type of capacity signal powered by real carrier engagement on your loads.
CoDriver Capacities represent carrier interest tied to a specific lane, generated from real carrier engagement through your CoDriver conversations. These are higher-intent signals that give your team another lever to pull when covering loads.
Why It Matters
CoDriver Capacity gives your team access to carriers who have already shown interest in lanes you're trying to cover. Instead of starting from scratch, your reps can reach out to carriers with demonstrated lane interest — leading to faster coverage and better response rates.
How It Works
When a carrier reaches out about a load through CoDriver and does not complete the conversation — for example, they never reach price action — Parade captures that interest as a CoDriver Capacity. The carrier showed real, lane-specific intent, and now that signal is available to help you cover loads. Each capacity record includes:
Lane information — the origin and destination associated with the load the carrier inquired about
Carrier information — the carrier who expressed interest in the lane
Clear labeling — every record is marked as a CoDriver Capacity so your team knows exactly what they're looking at
Capacities automatically expire when the carrier quotes the load or one day after the load's pickup window passes, so your team is always working with current signals. Carriers you've marked as Do Not Use will never appear in your results.

How to Get Started
CoDriver Capacities are available automatically — no action needed. Your team will begin seeing capacity signals generated from carrier engagement on your loads.
Tips for Your Team
CoDriver Capacities represent carriers who recently showed interest in a specific lane — treat them as warm leads. These carriers were actively looking at freight in the lane you're trying to cover, so outreach is more likely to land. Prioritize these alongside your existing sourcing workflow for faster coverage and stronger response rates.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if the carrier already booked the load? The CoDriver Capacity automatically expires, so you won't see stale signals. Capacities also expire once the load's pickup window has passed.
Does this change anything about my CoDriver experience? No. CoDriver works exactly the same way. CoDriver Capacity runs in the background — your reps and carriers won't notice any difference in the CoDriver workflow.
