This is the biggest change to how CoDriver Voice sounds since it launched. Two things are new. There are eleven new voices, built on a newer generation of speech models that hold up noticeably better over a phone connection from a moving truck. And you are no longer limited to one: Agent Voice is now a multi-select, so you can build a pool of up to five voices and preview each one before you commit.
Your current voice keeps working exactly as it does today until you decide to change it.
Who This Is For
Brokerages running CoDriver Voice who want their inbound carrier line to sound closer to their own team.
What's New
1. Ten new voices
The new library is clearer, more natural, and more varied than the original set.
Female: Allie, Alexandra, Heather, Karen
Male: Aaron, Allan, Estaban, Joshua, Lucas, Turner
They range from warm and conversational to fast and clipped, so you can pick a voice that matches how your brokerage actually sounds on the phone rather than settling for the closest available option.
Preview before you pick. Every voice in the list has a preview button. Play a sample, hear exactly what a carrier will hear, and choose from there.
2. Voice pools: pick up to five
Agent Voice used to be a single choice. It is now a multi-select. Choose one voice, or build a pool of as many as five.
Every voice your team uses today is still in the list and still selectable. Nothing was removed.
The new voices are grouped separately so they are easy to find, and each group is sorted by name.
Your pool persists when you refresh the page and stays in sync with the calling platform.
How It Works
Open your CoDriver Voice settings page.
Go to Agent Voice. Your current voice is already selected as a pool of one.
Press preview on any voice to hear a sample.
Add up to four more voices, or clear the selection and pick a different set entirely.
Save. Your pool syncs to the calling platform and holds on refresh.
Why It Matters
Your line stops sounding like one recording. Carriers who call you often hear the identical voice every single time today. A pool makes your inbound line sound like a team.
Clearer audio means fewer repeats. The new voices were chosen for how they hold up over a bad connection from a moving truck, which is the condition that matters and the one the older voices handled worst.
A real choice, not a default. Sixteen options you can listen to, instead of five you had to take on faith.
Change at your own pace. Nothing switches until you switch it. Try one new voice alongside your current one before you commit.
Example
Say your Midwest desk runs one CoDriver number and your reps are fast talkers.
You open Agent Voice and preview your way down the new list. Three fit: Allan, quick and clear. Karen, warmer and easy to follow over a bad connection. Lucas as a neutral third. You select all three and save.
Before: every carrier who called that number heard the same voice on every call.
After: that number runs on a pool of three voices you picked and listened to first.
Early Results
A handful of high-volume accounts have been running the new voices ahead of this release. Comparing the weeks since the switch against the prior month at one of them:
More quotes captured per day than in the weeks before the switch.
Fewer carriers dropping off in the first 30 seconds of a call.
Slightly longer conversations on average.
Your results may vary. This is one account over a short window, not a controlled test, and voice is one input among many. Call outcomes also depend on your load mix, your Book Now and Max Rate settings, your transfer rules, your posting strategy, and the carriers who call you. Treat the above as the direction one brokerage saw, not as a forecast for your account.
Where to Find It
CoDriver Voice settings, then Agent Voice. There is nothing to turn on.
Good to Know
One to five voices. Five is the cap.
Your current voice is untouched. Every existing customer keeps the exact voice they use today, and it becomes their pool of one. Calls do not change until you change the setting.
Not a phased rollout. This is live for all CoDriver Voice customers. It is not behind a feature flag.
Older voices are still supported. Nothing is being retired in this release. If that changes, we will give notice first.
Agent name is gone. The agent name field has been removed from CoDriver settings. The current call flow does not use it.
FAQ
Do I have to move to the new voices?
No. Your current voice stays selected and your calls sound exactly the same until you choose to change it.
Can I hear a voice before I pick it?
Yes. Every voice in the list has a preview button. Press it to hear a sample of that voice before you add it to your pool.
Why would I want more than one voice?
A single voice means every carrier who calls you hears the same recording on every call. A pool varies it, which makes a high-volume inbound line feel less automated.
Can I change my pool later?
Yes, as often as you like. Update the selection on the settings page and save.
Who do I contact if my voice settings look wrong?
Email support@parade.ai. Support has direct access to the voice configuration tools.
No Action Required
Live now for all CoDriver Voice customers. Nothing to enable, and nothing changes on your calls until you pick a new pool.
