Overview

As a new feature, it is now possibile to add and authenticate accounts going forward. This should provide you with more autonomy and control over your integration settings with Truckstop!

Below, we'll cover the steps necessary to get this setup in place.

1st - Access Marketplace Syndication

In order to access your TruckStop integration settings, you'll first need to go into Marketplace Syndication. To do so, please access the ellipsis menu (top right corner, the three little dots) and go into the option "Marketplace Syndication".

2nd - Accessing Truckstop Integration settings.

Now, on the Marketplace Syndication screen, scroll the page down until you see the Truckstop syndication settings. Then, select "Manage Accounts".

3rd - Manage Truckstop Accounts

Then, you will now be greeted with a screen showing you the options to either add a Default posting username for Truckstop – the username that should be used to post all loads that do not have a specific username configured to them on Parade – or user-specific posting usernames for Truckstop.

We'll be covering both options down below.

Default Posting Username:

A default username is an username utilized on all your loads being posted to truckstop that do not fall into any scenarios where a specific posting username has been configured.

To add one, click on the "Add default account" option inside the "Manage Truckstop Accounts" screen.

Then, fill up the Posting Username you have with Truckstop, and click "Authenticate". This should bring you over to Truckstop's website, to finish authenticating the username you just configured.

Parade Users Posting Username

Another aforementioned option would be to configure user-specific accounts. Those are Truckstop Posting Usernames that will be used to post loads according to the Parade Username attributed to those load postings – so, a load from John Doe would use John Doe's configured Truckstop Account on this section, for example, overwriting the Default account configuration.

To add such mappings, go into the bottommost option on the "Manage Truckstop Accounts" Screen, that being "Add Account"

Like on the previous section, you'll now need to input the Truckstop username that should be used for each posting for the specific parade user you're now configuring – which you will also need to select on the dropdown field "Parade Users".

After filling up both fields, click Authenticate to be redirected to Truckstop to finish your authentication process.
