If you need to stop the loads from a specific customer to posting on all the boards you could add Hide Functionality with this customer ID, that would stop loads coming into Parade from posting out, this hide rule would block any syndication load boards posting, email sending and load visibility in general.

You can do that directly on Parade, with a Broker Access user. To do so, please:

1-) Log into Parade (app.parade.ai) with your user.

2-) Access the Ellipsis Menu -> Pricing & Visibility, on the top right corner of your screen.

3-) Under "Manage Visibility", configure a new Hide Rule.

4-) Set this new Hide Rule to use "Customer ID", and type the exact customer ID you want the loads to start being hidden and not pushed to Marketplaces.

Note: Hide rules are no longer case senstive.
