Updated over 2 weeks ago

Filtering quotes in Parade is an essential tool for carrier sales, helping you quickly find the most relevant quotes for your loads. By using a variety of filter options, you can narrow down your search to focus on quotes that meet your specific criteria, making your workflow more efficient and effective.

How to Filter Your Quotes

1. Access the Quotes Page

Navigate to the Quotes page in Parade by selecting the "Quotes" tab from the navigation bar.

2. Locate the Filters Panel

On the left side of the Quotes page, you will see the Filters panel. This panel contains various filtering options to help you refine your search.

3. Apply Filters

You can apply filters based on different criteria to quickly narrow down your quotes. This helps you find the most relevant results, saving time and supporting more informed decision-making.

  • Quote Details:

    • Status: Select the status of quotes you want to view (e.g., Show All, Open, Accepted, Countered, Declined, Failed Carrier Verification, Expired).

    • Source: Select if you want all or to filter solely by one of the CoDriver features (e.g., Show All, CoDriver Email, CoDriver Phone).

    • Carriers: Select the carriers that are on boarded or not (e.g., Show All, In Network, Out of Network).

    • Sent to me: Toggle this switch to view quotes sent to you.

    • Include disqualified: Toggle this if you also want to see disqualified quotes.

  • Date:

    • Set the start and end dates to filter quotes within a specific time frame.

  • Equipment:

    • Click on "Add" to select equipment types relevant to your needs.

  • Load Details:

    • Branch Name: Filter by specific branch names.

    • Revenue Code: Filter by revenue codes.

    • Customer ID: Add customer IDs to view quotes related to specific customers.

    • Customer Name: Filter quotes by customer names.

    • Load Owner: Filter by load owners.

4. Use as Many Filters as Needed

You can use as many options within each of the filter categories, so you refine your search as much as necessary.

5. Clear Filters

If you need to start over or clear all applied filters, simply click the "CLEAR" button at the top of the Filters panel.

By using these filters, you can quickly narrow down your quotes to find the most relevant ones, saving you time and helping you make more informed decisions.

6. Quick Filter Views

If you wish, you can create different Filter Views based on your selected preferences. Then click Add Quick Filter View, enter a name, and click Save.

You can create as many as you want and alternate between them. To view the default, simply click Clear.

Entering the quotes

Alternate quotes

Once you click on a quote, you will see further details on the right side of the screen. You can click the carrier to open their profile, see through where this quote came from, and it's value.

It is also possible to see the list of Alternate Quotes, an easy way to see the recent Quotes on that load. If you click "SHOW ALL", you can also quickly check all the Quotes on that particular load. Note that, if there are no more than three other quotes on this load, the option to show all won't be displayed.

Truck Info

Within the Quote, you can also view or update the Truck Info, which includes the truck details — when, where, and for how long it will be empty. If this information is not already available, you can add it manually.

Carrier Insight

Another important section in Quotes is Carrier Insight:

  • Covered Loads: Shows the loads this company has covered with you in the past days.

  • Covered Loads with this Email: Indicates if any loads were covered using this particular email. This is crucial for verifying the legitimacy of the email and helping prevent fraud.

  • Is this Carrier Known to Parade Network? If the carrier is known in the Parade Network, this will display as Yes.

  • Is this Email Known to Parade Network? If the email is recognized in the Parade Network, this will display as Yes.

  • Is this Email Reported as Fraudulent? If the email has been reported as fraudulent, this will display as Yes.

  • Has this Email Been Associated with this DOT Number Previously? If the email is not linked with this DOT number previously, this will display as No.
