Carrier sales reps need to know if they can work with a carrier. We’ve updated Parade so that reps can glance at any carrier and know if they can work with them—and why. Now, you can quickly see the carrier's status with Highway, RMIS, and MCP, whether they are onboarded to Parade, and their enablement status in Parade.
How it Works
To view your carriers and their status, select the Carriers tab from the navigation bar.
The circle icon to the left of each carrier displays an at a glance view of their status:
Carriers you can’t work with appear red
Carriers you can work with appear green - fully green if they’re already onboarded and outlined green if they’re not yet onboarded
To view the details of a carrier's status, or to make changes to their access settings, simply hover over the circle icon.
When you hover over a circle you can see why a carrier is red or green, the permissions they have at Parade and, if it exists, their carrier manager.
The appearance of circles can differ based on whether you use MCP, RMIS, Highway or nothing as your carrier identity provider. The images below show the different way circles can appear based on your identity provider.

To view or edit the carrier's access settings, click on the edit icon.
Carriers enabled for Parade and not in No Dispatch can view loads. You can toggle quoting and booking on/off. The toggle icon will appear blue when it is enabled and grey when it is disabled.
If you make any changes to the carrier's access settings make sure to click save to update their status.
