It is possible for you to send us the Planning Comments from your TMS.

We advise though that these comments will be visible to carriers so we need to make sure that there should never be comments that you don't want the carriers to see.

Here's the step by step guide:

In McLeod:

Sys Admin → Brokerage → Freight Matching → Control fileData Output - Load DataPlanning Comments will need to marked as Active - Yes, Listener Enabled - Yes, Historical - NoSave

Anytime an update is made to the Freight Matching Control in McLeod, you will need to stop and restart the externalwebserver. So you will need to do this after going through the configuration mentioned above.
