This is a feature that can be disabled or enabled on McLeod.
Here are the steps to disable those Planning Comments from coming over to Parade:
In Mcleod:
Sys Admin → Brokerage → Freight Matching → Control file
Data Output Tab - Load Data Tab
Planning Comments will need to be marked as:
Active: No
Listener: No
Historical: No
After doing that, stop and restart the externalwebserver for the updates to apply:
P.S: changes will only apply to new loads.
