If you have a Pricing Strategy in place and have a Global Pricing Strategy set there, we should be using that as a reference.

However, please be mindful that editing the Book Now price will override other pricing strategies. So if someone manually enters the Book Now rate on any of the loads we will not update the Book Now rate automatically anymore, and the changes will need to be performed manually from that point, as manually changing the price overrides other pricing strategies.

You can spot that yourself too by going to the load in question and hovering the mouse of the question mark on the Book Now Rate:

With that you should also be able to see who modified the rate.
