What is the Target Pay: it can become the start and max pay. How it looks like in McLeod:

It is important to check if the load was in a status that didn't send us an update.

To clarify the load must be in available status, the hold checkbox can't be selected.

If there is an issue with the TP not updating double check please reach out to support with records timestamps of when you made the change so we can compare vs. when Parade got the updates.
