How to Use Source

  1. Navigate to Source by Clicking on Source in the Navigation Bar

  2. Enter Your Search Criteria

Start by entering the origin, destination, and equipment type for your lane. Source will instantly pull up carrier options based on your search.

  3. Apply Filters for More Precise Results

Filters allow you to narrow down your carrier list based on criteria like:

    • Network Status: Choose whether to show all carriers, only in-network carriers, or out-of-network carriers.

    • Capacity Availability: Show only carriers with available capacity within 100 miles of your lane’s origin.

    • Certifications: Filter by certifications like Hazmat to ensure carriers meet your specific needs.

  4. Review Carrier Profiles and Data

    Each carrier profile includes:

    • Domicile and Inspection Maps: Easily view in and out of network carrier’s home base and recent inspections.

In the Domicile section, the distances are displayed as:

      • Arrow up: Distance from carrier domicile to lane origin

      • Arrow down: Distance from carrier domicile to lane destination

    • Load History: See the number of loads the carrier has covered in the last 30, 60, and 90 days, even if those loads weren’t on your specific lane.

    • Median Rate on Lane: Get the median rate for loads the carrier has covered on your lane over the last year, considering lanes within 100 miles of your origin and destination.

    • Quick Insight Chips: Instantly see if the carrier has an available truck on your lane, covered loads recently, or has a matching lane preference.

If it has an available truck on that lane

If the carrier covered load on that lane in the last 90d. (Uses this criteria to determine if load is on lane)

If the carrier has an include Lane Preference on that lane with the searched equipment.

Note: A load is considered on the lane if both its origin and destination are within 100mi of the searched origin and destination and the equipment matches the search.

  5. Take Quick Actions Directly from Carrier Cards

With quick-action buttons right on the carrier card, you can:

    • Send a quote

  6. Save and Manage Carrier Preferences

Once you find a carrier you want to work with regularly, add them to your preferred network and set up lane preferences to make future searches even faster.
