Digital Offers allow you to automate and streamline the load booking process. Carriers can instantly book loads at predefined rates, dynamically configured within your Digital Offer's initial setup, in turn reducing manual negotiations and speeding up booking times for your loads.

Any offers sent by Digital Offers have an exclusive price for those loads — said price which does not change the load's listed rates and is only visible to the carrier receiving the offer. All offers are sent via email, similar to Cascade.

How Do Digital Offers Function?

Digital Offers work by creating targeted, time-bound load offers that are exclusively accessible to specific carriers. Here's how the process functions:

  1. Carrier-Specific Offers: Digital Offers are not designed to change the overall price of a load. Instead, they generate offers based on predefined rules, making them available only to designated carriers. This ensures that only the selected carriers can view and accept the offer, adding a layer of exclusivity.

  2. Email Delivery: Once a Digital Offer is triggered by a load, it will send a offer directly via email to the configured carriers. This method ensures timely communication and guarantees that carriers receive the offer as soon as it becomes available.

  3. Start and End Dates: Each Digital Offer is tied to a specific timeframe. The offer becomes valid at the configured start date and remains available until the end date, after which it expires. This scheduling allows you to manage when offers are available and helps maintain control over the duration of the offer.

  4. Pricing Calculation: Although Digital Offers don't alter the price of a load directly, they rely on a pricing setup defined within the offer's configuration. When a load meets the rules for a Digital Offer, its price is calculated based on the predefined criteria, taking into account both the offer configuration and the specific details of the load.

By combining these elements, Digital Offers provide a streamlined, carrier-specific method for managing load opportunities, without altering base pricing strategies.

Creating Your Girst Digital Offer

  1. Navigate to the Smart Lanes Tab.

  2. Select the Lane You Want to Add a Pricing Strategy to.

  3. Select Add Digital Offer.

  4. Add Filters to Define Your Desired Load(s) for the Digital Offer.


    PS: Optional Filters are not required. We also do not recommend filling all of them out on your first Digital Offer, since that might cause over-specification of your matching rules and cause your offer to not match the loads you intend to.

  5. Select the Carrier you want to send the digital offer to and your pricing strategy from the drop down menu.

  6. Select or Add contact information for the Carrier.

  7. Set the timeframe for the offer and then click New Digital Offer to activate.


And that is it! You've now created your first Digital Offer. You can always check the messages it has sent both on the Smart Lanes tab of your Parade App, or under Messages Tab > Outbound > Digital Offers.

    No, Digital Offers are set at a predefined rate and do not allow for manual negotiations. The carrier can either accept the offer and book the load or decline it. They can, however, still quote on your load itself, which would lead to a digital negotiation phase.

  5. How long are Digital Offers valid?
    Digital Offers are configured with a start and end date, during which the offer is valid. Once the end date is reached, the offer expires and can no longer be booked by the carrier.

  6. Can I send Digital Offers to multiple carriers at once?
    No, Digital Offers can be sent only to one carrier each. However, you can create multiple Digital Offers for the same lane, and loads under Digital Offers will still follow your Syndication Marketplace visibility rules for other carriers as well.

  7. What happens if no carrier accepts the Digital Offer?
    If no carrier accepts the offer during the valid period, the load remains available, and you can choose to repost it or offer it to other carriers through different means.

  8. Can Digital Offers be used to handle seasonal surges?
    Yes, Digital Offers can be an effective tool for managing high-volume lanes during seasonal surges. By improving load booking with personalized rates, you can quickly offer additional loads to carriers without overloading your team.
