It is now possible to use Manual Outbound messaging in CoDriver to send messages in bulk. You can now select up to 10 carriers at a time and send a Manual Outbound message to all selected carriers simultaneously. This update makes it easier to scale targeted outreach while maintaining full control over the message content.
Key Details:
Carriers must have a Primary Contact to be eligible for selection.
If a carrier doesn't have a Primary Contact, you'll need to add one before including the carrier in a bulk message. You can do so directly on their Parade Carrier Profile, in the contacts section.
Once a carrier is selected, CoDriver will let the rep know if:
A message has already been sent via CoDriver;
An offer already exists;
If the carrier is marked as “Ready for CoDriver.”

These are carriers that are able to receive a message using the primary contact

If a carrier is already engaged, you are not able to send an additional message
This ensures brokers always have visibility into the current state of engagement before sending outreach.
How to use Bulk Manual Outbound
In Direct Matches on a load, users will see some checkboxes next to the carrier name/matches
If a rep wants to send multiple emails they will need to check the boxes next to the carrier name
Note, reps will only be able to select the carriers with at least one contact, if there is no contact in the profile the user will be unable to check the box thus not allowing them to be emailed until one is added.
If the carrier has no contact emails up for selection, then the following message will appear, and the checkbox will be greyed out won't be selectable.
Once they have checked the boxes (Max 10) the “Selected Carrier With Codriver” button will become clickable

This is a final list of all the carriers that will receive a message
Note currently we do not have the ability to change email for bulk outbound.
If you want to change the email you're sending, you'll need to do so using individual manual CoDriver outbound, instead of bulk.
Already Engaged
Carriers that have already quoted on the load will not be able to be used when using Manual Outbound/Bulk
Now, once you click the send button, the bulk Outbound will be sent and all emailed carriers will be able to start a CoDriver conversation just by replying to the message on their inboxes.
FAQs
1. Who has this feature enabled?
All customers who have CoDriver enabled automatically have access to Bulk Manual Outbound. No additional setup is needed.
2. What if emails aren’t sending?
Check your CoDriver setup. You must have an active CoDriver (COD) email configured in your settings for messages to be sent properly. Also, check if the load is hidden from your carriers.
3. How many carriers can I message at once?
You can select up to 10 carriers at a time when sending messages in bulk.
4. Can I customize the message for each carrier?
Not in bulk mode. All selected carriers will receive the same message. If you need to personalize messages, use the individual Manual Outbound flow.
5. Does CoDriver send these messages automatically?
No. You will always review and confirm the message before it is sent.
6. Where do carrier responses appear?
All responses show up in the CoDriver inbox, just like any other messages you receive
