The Performance Dashboard provides visibility into activity, financial results, and opportunities for optimization across your team. This guide outlines the key metrics available and how to use filters to tailor your view.

You can filter dashboard data by:

  • Time Period Start / End: Select a date range to view metrics for a specific period.

  • View By: Choose how to group the data:

    • Load Owner – View activity by the rep who owns the load.

    • Carrier Manager – See metrics by the rep managing the carrier relationship.

    • Teams – Aggregate performance across defined teams.

Load Assignment Insights

  • % of Loads Assigned

    Shows the percentage of loads assigned to:

    • Brokerage Reps with Parade Accounts

    • Brokerage Reps in your TMS but without Parade Accounts

      (Based on activity in the last 7 days)

Financial Overview

  • Total # of Booked Loads

    Total number of loads booked across the entire team.

  • Total Revenue ($)

    Combined revenue from all booked loads.
    ​

  • Gross Margin ($)

    Total margin earned across the team.
    ​

  • Gross Margin (%)

    Average margin percentage across all booked loads.

Financials Leaderboard

In the financial leaderboard, you can see the list of teams and their number of booked loads, booked revenue ($), gross margin ($) and also their booked gross margin percentage for comparison.

  • # of Loads Booked Today

    Total number of loads booked so far today.

  • Gross Margin ($) Today

    Gross margin earned from today’s bookings.
    ​

  • Gross Margin / Load ($) Today

    Average gross margin per load booked today.

  • Gross Margin (%) Today

    Average margin percentage from today’s bookings.

⚠️ Margin Leakage Metrics

Margin leakage refers to missed opportunities where a qualified digital quote was available but not used - often resulting in a higher cost carrier being selected manually.

  • # of Loads with Missed Quote Opportunities

    Loads booked even though a lower digital quote was available.

  • % of Loads with Margin Leakage

    Percentage of loads booked where this type of opportunity was missed.
    ​

  • Margin Leakage Dollars ($)

    Total margin dollars lost due to missed quote opportunities.
    ​

  • Margin Leakage Per Load ($)

    Average margin loss per impacted load.

    Displays top-performing reps based on total revenue and gross margin.
