Admins now have access to expanded and reorganized settings in CoDriver. This means:
Four new categories in the settings page for easy navigation: Contact Information, Email Settings, Phone Settings, and Carrier Contact Display Settings.

Agent voice, name, and company DBA for phone calls.
Quoted and escalation transfer fallback numbers.
Outrageous Quote thresholds for smarter quote handling.
Nudge email wait times and escalation behaviors.
Visibility of CoDriver contact info on load boards and channels.
Streamlined setup guidance to ensure brokers configure minimum recommended fields for best performance.
Why This Matters
This update gives brokerages more flexibility to tailor CoDriver to their unique operations.
