We’ve added new Platform Usage Reporting to your Platform Performance dashboard to help you better understand how your team is using Parade and where you stand relative to your contract. This new view is designed to make it easier to track usage, plan ahead, and avoid surprises.

You’ll now see detailed usage information right inside your Platform Performance dashboard. This new section shows how many loads your team has created and booked on Parade—both overall and broken down by key categories like CoDriver and Smart Lanes.

You’ll also see clear indicators of how your current usage compares to your plan’s quota. We’ve included helpful definitions in the dashboard itself to explain exactly what you’re looking at, like Annual Quota, Monthly Quota, and Prorated Usage.

This means you can quickly see if you’re on pace to stay within your plan or if you might go over, giving you more time to plan and adjust.

Your Annual Quota shows your limit for the full length of your contract, while Monthly Quota shows your limit for a single month. Current Usage is where you stand right now.

Prorated Usage is an estimate of where you’re headed based on your current pace. Usage vs. Limit tells you how much of your quota you’ve used so far. Prorated Usage vs. Limit shows if you’re on track to stay under your quota or if you might go over by the end of the month or contract period.

If you see a warning here, it’s just a heads-up to help you plan proactively.

Right now, the report is designed to show your current, up-to-date usage totals. It doesn’t include filters for viewing past usage by date. If you need a more advanced breakdown, let us know—that feedback helps us plan future improvements!

This new view gives you transparency and control. You can see exactly how your team is using Parade in real time, plan more confidently, and avoid unexpected charges by keeping your usage in line with your plan. It’s one more way we’re helping you get the most value out of Parade while keeping you in the driver’s seat.
