What’s new:
You can now choose a new Auto Posting mode — Timed + TMS Flag — to give your team more control over exactly when and how loads are shared from your TMS to Parade.
When this option is turned on, loads will post to Parade only if:
They meet your configured timing rules, and
The Load Board (LB) flag in your TMS is checked.
This means Parade will only post the freight you intentionally mark for sharing.
Why it matters:
This update gives your team precise control over posting behavior. Even when a load is marked for posting in your TMS, Parade will continue to respect the timed posting window you’ve set up. It’s ideal for brokerages that want to manage visibility strategically — keeping loads hidden until they’re truly ready to go live.
By combining timing rules and the TMS flag, you can:
Prevent loads from posting too early or by mistake.
Keep your load board cleaner and better aligned with dispatch priorities.
Maintain consistency between your TMS setup and Parade’s posting logic.
What to expect:
You’ll see a new Timed + TMS Flag option in Auto Posting settings.
When enabled, only loads meeting both criteria (time + flag) will post.
Loads without the TMS flag will not appear in Parade.
All existing posting rules and timing settings continue to work as before.
