Codriver remembers frequently calling carriers

Updated this week

What’s new

CoDriver now remembers carrier identity when a carrier places a call to Codriver Qualify, and will use that recent confirmation to pre-confirm the carrier on future interactions. Only calls confirmed within the last 7 days are eligible.

Why this matters

When the same carrier calls repeatedly, CoDriver can skip or shorten the vetting steps by pre-confirming the carrier based on a recent, confirmed call from the same phone number. This reduces friction, speeds up qualification, and improves accuracy for frequently calling carriers.

How it works

  1. Confirmed call recorded — When CoDriver Qualify completes a call and the carrier’s identity is confirmed, the call’s phone number and confirmation status are stored

  2. 7-day match window — If CoDriver receives another interaction from that same number within 7 days, it recognizes the number and opens the session by pre-confirming the carrier

  3. Proceed with shorter vetting — With the carrier pre-confirmed, the qualification flow skips or shortens identity steps and proceeds to quote/capacity handling

  4. Note - If a carrier contact is assigned to multiple MC's (Dispatchers) we will always ask the carrier for their MC. This is only when we have one contact associated with an MC and a Phone Number

Admin & rollout

  • It's now live for all of our Codriver Qualify Customers

  • This new feature will be available for our Full Codriver Voice Customers soon

Example

CoDriver: "Hi there. I see you've called in recently. Is this the carrier Acme Logistics?"

Because CoDriver saw a confirmed Acme call from this number within the last 7 days, it immediately pre-confirms identity and shortens the vetting process.
