1/22/2026 - Codriver now negotiates every Quote

Negotiate all quotes through Codriver

Updated this week

We’re starting to run all quotes through CoDriver. From now on, any quote coming from the Private Portal, MPS, or Dispatch Campaign (DC) emails will be reviewed and — when appropriate — negotiated by CoDriver. The goal is simple: get carriers to better prices regardless of where a quote originates.

What will (and won’t) be handled

Will be run through CoDriver

  • New quotes from the Private Portal, MPS, and Dispatch Campaign emails.

Will NOT be run through CoDriver

  • Quotes that are already part of an existing CoDriver conversation that produced a quote.

  • User-entered (manually created) quotes.

All other quotes will automatically be evaluated by CoDriver for negotiation.

New visibility & controls

  • Outbound negotiation filter — we added a new, filterable option in the CoDriver tab called Outbound negotiation. Use it to filter and review what CoDriver has said to the carrier.

  • Quote indicator & examples — quotes that have an active CoDriver conversation will show a new icon so your team can immediately see when CoDriver has started negotiating. The quote page will also include example negotiation exchanges so brokers can review what CoDriver said.

    • Click the icon to the left of "Codriver Negotiated" to open up the Codriver Conversation

Why this helps

  • Better starting pricing — CoDriver aims to bring carriers to a better price no matter where their quote came from.

  • Less time negotiating manually — CoDriver handles routine negotiation to free brokers to focus on complex or high-priority work.

  • Fewer unresponsive carriers — CoDriver helps identify carriers that aren’t willing to lower their price, saving your team time.

Rollout & next steps

  • We will be rolling this out to all Codriver Customers very soon. There is nothing your team will need to do to enable. Your team will notice more carriers at better prices.
