Every quote now shows its full history inline — initial rate, CoDriver negotiations, carrier counters, and rep counters — so you can see exactly what happened before you respond.
What's New
Chronological timeline on every quote — Each quote displays a timeline of prior events for that load + carrier pair, anchored with the current quote.
Event attribution — Every event shows who originated it: CoDriver, the carrier, or a named rep.
Rate and rate-per-mile on every event — See how the price moved at each step of the negotiation.
How It Works
Open the Quotes tab.
On any quote with prior history, the timeline renders inline below the active quote.
Scan the list chronologically — initial rate → CoDriver counter → carrier response → rep counter.
Use the context to decide your next move without clicking into anything.
** Note, if there are more than 3 activities, you will see a "Show More" button to view older activity
Quotes with no prior history don't render the timeline — you only see it when there's something to see.
Why It Matters
Informed counter-offers — Reps can see exactly what CoDriver and the carrier have already negotiated before they step in, so manual counters don't undo progress.
Faster dispute resolution — When a carrier pushes back on a rate, the full history is right there to reference.
Fewer duplicate negotiations — No more re-quoting the same lane because the prior activity wasn't visible.
Top broker request — Quote history was the most frequently requested quote-screen improvement across recent customer calls.
Example
A rep is working a load with three active quotes. They open Southwest Freight and see the full history inline: initial at $2,400, CoDriver countered at $2,100, carrier came back at $2,250. The rep knows exactly where negotiation left off and what to counter with — without leaving the quote.
Where to Find It
Quotes tab → any quote with prior history for that carrier.
No Action Required
Live now for all Parade customers. Your team will see the timeline automatically the next time they open the Quotes tab on a load with quote history.
