Step 1: What Is an Email Forwarding Rule?
An email forwarding rule automatically sends incoming emails from your inbox to another email address. Parade uses these rules to receive capacity and load information.
Step 2. Locating the Email address to create the Forwarding Rule
For Capacity:
The forwarding email will always be: capacity@yourdomain.mail.parade.ai
For CoDriver:
The forwarding email will always be: loads@yourdomain.mail.parade.ai
To confirm your CoDriver email and your Parade domain:
Click here or click in CoDriver → Settings in the Parade platform and locate the email shown there
In the example above, your emails would then be:
Capacity: capacity@test.e.stage.mail.parade.ai
CoDriver: loads@test.e.stage.mail.parade.ai
Step 3: Create the Forwarding Rule
Below are general steps, followed by provider-specific instructions.
