More control over freight visibility with expanded hiding options.
We've added new capabilities to the Hide section in Pricing and Visibility, giving admins more flexibility when controlling which freight is visible across the platform.
What's New
Hide Freight by Equipment & Commodity
Admins can now hide freight globally based on Equipment and Commodity. These new filters join the existing hide options — Customer ID, Revenue Code, and Load Owner — in the Hide section under Pricing and Visibility.
Multi-Select Support
Hide rules now support multi-select, allowing admins to combine multiple criteria in a single rule. For example, you can create a rule that hides a specific customer's flatbed freight — combining Customer ID and Equipment in one rule for precise targeting.
There is no limit to the number of hide rules you can create.
Just click "+ Add Filter" to choose multiple
How It Works
When freight matches a hide rule, it is globally hidden across Parade:
The load will not appear in carrier-facing views.
CoDriver will not engage on hidden freight — no outbound emails, no voice calls, no automated outreach of any kind.
A hidden indicator is displayed at the top of the load so your team can see that a hide rule has been applied. This helps reps understand why a load isn't being worked rather than wondering if something is misconfigured.
Example Use Case
You cover both van and flatbed freight for a customer, but their flatbed loads are high-value and require extra care — your team only wants to move those with known, trusted carriers. An admin can create a hide rule combining Customer ID + Equipment = Flatbed to hide those loads from carriers. Your reps still see the loads in Parade with a hidden indicator at the top, so they know carriers can't see the freight and can work it manually with their go-to carriers. Meanwhile, the customer's van freight continues to flow through normal automation.
Where you'll see it:
Pricing and Visibility → Hide section — both new filters and multi-select are available here. Only admins can create or edit hide rules.
Load detail view — a hidden indicator appears at the top of any load that has been hidden by a rule.
