What is it?

A customer's Partner Page is a white-label carrier web portal for Parade brokerage customers to enable their carriers to self-serve. This enables their carriers to have a direct line to freight opportunities and accessing their assigned carrier representative.

How this feature caters to our value props:

Ease of doing business

  • Partner Page can be bookmarked by the carrier

  • Partner Page can be linked to from customer's website

  • Partner Page can be linked to from customer

Constant up-to-date relationships

  • The most up to date carrier manager information are constantly updated on the page

Digitization of bookings

  • Carriers can digitally book or quote loads from the page without calling in

Shareable Blurb

Parade's Partner Pages enable customers to connect directly with their core carriers through a white-labeled Partner Page. Carriers can visit a broker's Partner Page at any time to securely view, quote, and book carrier-personalized loads.

How does it work?

Each partner page has a unique and permanent web address. Please contact support to retrieve what your Partner Page URL is.

Your loads will be publicly available for any user to see on your partner page when configured by the Parade team. Please contact the Parade to "Enable" to "Disable" this functionality.

Security

Although basic load information is publicly available (when enabled), other key carrier functions are secured via Parade's TrueCarrier identity management system.

The following actions still require authentication:

  • Viewing preferred recommended loads

  • Running a preferred search for loads

  • Updating lane preferences

  • Quoting and booking loads

Parade's identity management uniquely identifies a user with an active, verified carrier. This identity is associated across the Parade platform and will work automatically with each customer's Partner Page.

Carriers must undergo an onboarding process and can request access here:

Note: a carrier may not be able to see all opportunities with a customer's Partner Page even when logged in since the carrier also needs to be "Enabled for Parade"

Example Use-cases

Company Website Integration

Our customers can place a link to their company partner page.

Example:

This enables our customers to essentially have a linkable "load board" immediately.

Email Signatures

Our customer's carrier sales reps can add their partner page directly into their email signature so that carriers can log-in to see available freight while having conversations with our customers.

This hyperlink simply needs to be configured to your permanent URL.

Parade Dispatch Emails

Parade dispatch emails will continue to function like they always have, but also have backlinks that enable the carrier to view all opportunities so that they ensure that they aren't missing an opportunity.

Roadmap Items

These are features that we are committed to delivering in the future:

  • Broker-carrier chat

  • Custom domains (e.g. loads.beckerlogistics.com)
