User permissions restrict what a user can do within the Parade platform.

Managing Enablement

"Enablement" is the settings that control what the carrier can see and do within your company's use of Parade. These include various settings such as managing if they are eligible to receive automated emails or can digitally book freight from Parade.

Managing All Carrier Enablement

  • Can manage any setting for any carrier


Manage Carrier Specific Enablement:

  • Can manage any setting for user-assigned carriers

  • Can manage any setting for carriers with no managers

Creating Offers

This permissions controls whether or not a user can create and send an offer to a carrier. This currently takes the form as a "Counter Book Now" to a quote.

Create Any Offers:

  • Can create an offer for any load and any carriers

Create carrier-specific offers:

  • Can create an offer for any load for carriers that the user is assigned to

Manage Carrier Assignments

This permission controls whether or not a user can assign a carrier to other users.

Manage Load Data

This permission controls whether or not a user can change or archive a load:

  • Changing the pricing information on the load

  • Making the load unavailable by archiving it

Manage Users

Permission to create, update, and delete users. This should be reserved for administrators only.

Collaborate With Other Users

Permission for the user to interact in the platform through any real-time chat or comment feature.

View Onlyย 

Permission to only view things in Parade. Every user by default has this permission.
