Types of Direct Matches (DMs)

  • Reload - carrier that has just dropped out a load at a location within a range of the origin

  • Email - carrier sent a capacity email to our system saying that would like to pick up a load on the same origin as the current load

  • Posted Truck - matching to a carrier that said to a syndication partner they would have a truck available at this same location

  • Quote - carrier have submited a quote on a particular load thorugh any Parade's method they have to do so

  • Recurring Truck - record in Parade that says a truck will be on that area evey X or Y day(s)

  • Search - carrier users (logged to P4C) that look for loads they would like to get (like particular lanes), we save the search data

  • User Entered - broker users that enter quotes into carriers behalf

  • Internal Fleet - where your own assets are a match

DMs are part of the Load section, under a specific load URL - https://app.parade.ai/loads/LOAD-ID

How do I know how a match was made?

Expand the match result and place the mouse over the symbol to get further details.

For instance, here we have a "Carrier's search request” match - meaning this carrier was logged to P4C and looked for a load in this lane in the past.
