What’s New?
Brokers can now send manual outbound emails in bulk with CoDriver. This means:
Select multiple loads at once to send outbound carrier emails in a single step.
Customize message templates before sending to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Save time on repetitive outbound workflows while maintaining full control over messaging.
What Hasn’t Changed?
Automated outbound workflows and Smart Cascades remain unchanged. Brokers can still use existing automation tools to distribute loads without manual steps when preferred.

This update empowers broker teams to quickly engage more carriers when coverage needs are high, without sacrificing quality or consistency in communication. It supports faster load coverage and reduces time spent on one-by-one manual emails.
Important
Bulk Manual Outbound requires brokers to manually review and send the selected emails. No automated send actions occur without broker approval.
