CoDriver now offers two transfer modes when handing calls to live agents. Direct Transfer is a new option that immediately connects the caller to an agent; Whisper remains available to provide a short private briefing before the handoff.
The two options
Direct Transfer (NEW) — Immediately connects the carrier to the receiving agent with no pre-transfer briefing. Use this when speed is the priority (time-sensitive pickups, high-volume teams).
Whisper — Plays a brief private summary to the receiving agent (context, quotes, extracted fields) and then connects the carrier. Use this when agents need context before speaking.
