Auto-Accept Under Max (AAUM) now runs in CoDriver email conversations. When a carrier emails an offer under the load's Max Rate, CoDriver accepts it and books the load without a rep stepping in.
What's New
AAUM in CoDriver email: CoDriver checks each carrier offer against your existing AAUM rules. It accepts and books qualifying offers automatically.
Extra carrier confirmation (optional): CoDriver asks the carrier to confirm the rate and waits for a clear yes before it books.
Book Now fallback (optional, added 9/23/2026): If a load has no Max Rate, AAUM compares the offer against the load's Book Now rate instead. When a Max Rate is set, AAUM always uses it. Reach out to your CSM for this option.
How It Works
Standard flow
Carrier emails an offer under Max Rate → CoDriver books the load → CoDriver replies in the carrier's existing thread → the rate confirmation goes out from your TMS in a new email thread.
With extra carrier confirmation on
Carrier emails a qualifying offer → CoDriver asks them to confirm the rate and resends the load details → CoDriver acts on the carrier's reply:

Rules in every flow
The carrier must be eligible under your existing AAUM rules. CoDriver saves offers from carriers who aren't enabled for booking as a quote, and your team takes it from there.
CoDriver makes only 1 auto-book attempt per load.
Any carrier question escalates to a rep.
CoDriver never sends the rate confirmation. It comes from your TMS in a new email thread.

Why It Matters
Less manual accepting: Your reps no longer need to accept qualifying CoDriver offers by hand.
Control over when CoDriver commits: You choose whether CoDriver books on the first qualifying offer or waits for the carrier to confirm.
AAUM on the rates you already post: Teams that set Book Now rates but not Max Rates can still use AAUM.
Where to Find It
CoDriver → Settings. Once Parade turns the feature on for your team, you'll see CoDriver Auto Accept there. If extra confirmation is enabled for you, Extra carrier confirmation before booking appears under it.
