Parade allows you to assign carrier managers for specific carriers in your network. Once assigned, this person will be the designated Reply-To contact for Inbound emails from the carrier. Use the button below to access these settings and continue reading for specific instructions.
How to Assign a Carrier
Navigate to the Carrier Assignment settings page.
Click the "Assign A Carrier" button on the top right of the page.
In the first box, begin typing the name of the carrier you wish to assign. This lookup field will search against Parade's internal database of known carriers in the U.S.
In the second box, begin typing the name of the manager you wish to assign. This lookup field will search for active users that have been registered in the system.
Notes:
The carrier lookup field is created from Parade's internal database of known carriers in the Unites States. You can view a carrier's complete profile in the Carriers Tab.
