Parade offers a blacklist feature allowing you to ignore capacity emails from specific carriers. When carriers are added to the blacklist, Parade will NOT extract their equipment postings or auto-respond with matches.

How to blacklist a Carrier
Navigate to the Carrier Blacklist Dashboard
You can add a carrier to the blacklist using the carrier's name OR specific email address.
To add a carrier by name, click the "Add a Carrier to Blacklist" button on the left of the screen. Search for the carrier by name in the lookup field and select them.
Alternatively, to add a carrier by email, click the "Add an Email to Blacklist" button on the right of the screen. Input the email of the carrier and select save.
Notes:
When adding by email, use the specific email address that regularly sends your brokerage available capacity.
The carrier lookup field is created from Parade's internal database of known carriers in the Unites States. You can view a carrier's complete profile in the Carriers Tab.
