Out of the box Parade automatically matches email addresses to specific carriers based on public information. While we regularly update these mappings, sometimes carriers use unknown email address to send available capacity. Parade allows you to create rules to automatically identify and assign these email addresses to specific carriers.

Use the button below to access these settings.

Add Email Rule

On the email settings page, select "Carrier Email Rules" at the top left of the page. On this page you view previously created rules or, add a new rule by clicking the "Add Email Rule" button on the left of the page.

Now you can create a rule for incoming emails based on the following drop down options:

  • Exact match - create a rule to match an individual email address and assign it to a specific carrier.

  • Domain match - create a rule to match an individual domain and assign it to a specific carrier.

In the next box search and select the assigned carrier to complete the rule. You can also manually input the assigned carrier.

Unknown email adresses

You'll notice Parade automatically produces a list of unknown email addresses on the left side of this pop-up box. The addresses shown are not currently mapped to a specific carrier. You can click these individually to create rules for each going forward.ย
