The Outbound email box is apart of our Email Automation product. This is one of the most powerful tools in Parade to help carrier reps engage their entire carrier network at scale.
You must have Email Automation to have this feature in your Parade Platform.
What are the two types of emails that exist in this outbound box?
Auto-Response: This is an automated email that sends matched loads to a carrier that initially sent you a truck list email.
Auto-Engagement: Parade matches loads to carriers automatically, then initiates an email to the carrier on your companies behalf.
How does Parade know when and how often to email a carrier?
When Parade finds loads that match to a specific carriers profile, we will initiate an email to that carrier. Once carriers begin opening and engaging with these emails, we we detect the carriers behaviors and try to send when the carrier is most likely to open the email.
What loads will be sent to a carrier?
We are always matching loads to carriers in the background, when you select a carrier profile we will begin to build a list of Recommended loads for that carrier. These are the loads that will be automatically sent to the carrier at the appropriate time.
What does the Carrier see when he receives an email?
The carrier will be sent an email that shows him specific load opportunities that are matched to him based on the profile we generate for the carrier. You can easily click into any email and see what opportunities were sent.
Once the carrier receives these emails they will have the option to either Quote Now or Book Now.
PRO TIP: Outbound Email Automation is a great way to build a better relationship with your carriers. Make sure you ask your carrier for the absolute best email to be sending these emails too for best results.
You can update a carriers contact at any time by clicking into the carrier's profile, selecting Contacts and ensuring the best email is listed as the Primary Contact.
