What types of emails exist in the Outbound box?

You can filter emails into 7 distinct categories:

  • All Outbound Email

  • Dispatch Campaign

  • Truck Availability Reply

  • Quote Counteroffer

  • Posted Truck Reply

  • Cascade Tender

  • Digital Offers

Outbound Email Types: Explained

Emails sent to carriers with load opportunities that align with their preferred lanes. These are typically part of bulk outreach efforts to keep your carrier base engaged and active.

Truck Availability Reply

When a carrier shares their available truck list, Parade responds with all matching loads currently available for that carrier. This ensures high-value, targeted engagement based on live capacity.

Quote Counteroffer

If a carrier submits a quote and one of your reps sends a counteroffer, the related email will appear in this category. It tracks outbound communication tied to ongoing rate negotiations.

Posted Truck Reply

“Fill your truck!”, when Parade identifies a load match for a truck posted by a carrier, it automatically sends an email with the opportunity. This response is based on the truck’s posted availability, equipment type, and location.

Cascade Tender
If you’ve configured a Smart Lane with cascade logic, the email sent to carriers - offering the load exclusively for a set period - that will be mentioned here. This helps you track who received first-look tender emails.

When a carrier receives a digital offer, those emails appear in this filter. These are offers that can be made in Smart Lanes as well.

🔍 How can I filter data?

It is possible to refine your view in two ways:

  • Sidebar Filters – Select any of the 8 email types listed above.

  • Search Bar – Search by:

    • Carrier Name

    • Origin or Destination

    • Load ID

    • DOT or MC number

Click Advanced Search to filter by date.
By default, this view shows results from the last 7 days 📅

When and how often an email is sent to a carrier?

Parade constantly scans for matches between your loads and carrier profiles. Once a match is found:

  • An email is sent to the carrier with the recommended load(s).

  • Over time, Parade learns when a carrier is most likely to open emails and will adjust the send timing accordingly for better engagement.

What loads will be sent to a carrier?

Matched loads are pulled from the Recommended Loads list in the carrier’s profile. You can view this list directly by navigating to the Recommended Loads tab inside the Carrier Profile.

Only loads that align with a carrier’s preferences and history will be included in outbound messages.

What does the Carrier see when they receive an email?

Carriers receive an email tailored with load opportunities that match their profile. Once you click in a result, there will be a button to "VIEW SENT EMAIL".

These emails are generated by Parade and can include:

• Load summary

• Pickup date/time

• Pickup and delivery location

• Equipment
