When is a load archived?

A load is archived if one of the following happens:

  • Cancelled: load was cancelled

  • Pickup Date: load's pickup date has passed *

  • Booked: load was booked

  • On Hold: load was put on hold

  • Load was manually archived/made unavailable **

*The load will be automatically archived the day after of the pickup date. For example, if a load's pickup date is June 1st and it hasn't been archived yet for one of the reasons presented above, on June 2nd it will be automatically archived.

How do I see archived loads?

If you'd like to find an archived load:

To see previous loads that are now archived, you can go to Messages. There, in "Inbound Messages" you will be able to filter them by their load number or another parameter you'd like from the load.

Once you find the load, you can click on the link to open it:
