What Common Pain Points Does the Capacity Page Solve?

The Capacity Page is built for brokers who need to move fast. It’s especially helpful for covering last-minute loads, handling unexpected demand, or finding capacity in a crunch.

  • Time-Consuming Carrier Search: No more digging through multiple tabs—everything is in one spot to keep you focused on booking, not searching.

  • Manual Booking Processes: Quick booking actions mean less repetitive work. Accept, counter, or share load details with a click.

  • Lack of Real-Time Data: Access to live truck matches means you’re always working with the latest options, helping you cover loads faster and avoid missed opportunities.

How the Capacity Page Works

The Capacity Page brings together live truck options in a single view. You can filter by truck type, proximity, lane preferences, and more to find the best match for your loads. From there, you can book on the spot by accepting, countering, or sending Magic Links. All the details you need are on the same page, so you can make fast, informed decisions.

Enhanced Filtering Options

Improvement: Filter by truck type, lane preferences, proximity, and network status to drill down to exactly what you need for each load.

Impact: With better filtering, brokers can get to the right carriers faster, making it easier to cover loads on time and with the right equipment.

Quick Booking Actions and Magic Links

Improvement: When a Capacity in the Capacity Page matches to a Load, you can use quick actions to accept or counter offers and send Magic Links right from the page. Everything is built for speed and simplicity.

Impact: Fast booking actions help brokers secure carriers on the spot, reducing downtime. Magic Links let you send load details with just a few clicks, cutting down back-and-forth with carriers.

Detailed Carrier Profiles and Real-Time Data

Improvement: Carrier profiles include MC numbers, contact info, recent activity, and matching load details—all updated in real-time so you’re always working with the latest info.

Impact: Having full carrier details at your fingertips helps you make quicker, more confident decisions, and the real-time updates ensure you’re never working with outdated data.
